From first enquiry to the final stitch, here's what booking a live embroidery activation with us looks like.
1. We scope your event
Tell us your date, guest count and venue. We'll recommend a half-day or full-day setup and confirm what's included.
2. We bring the studio to you
Machines, thread, blanks and a trained operator and staff arrive fully set up. No equipment or staffing required from you.
3. Guests Watch It Happen
Names, logos and designs stitched live in front of your crowd. Every guest leaves with a keepsake, not a handout.

What is a live embroidery activation?
A live embroidery activation is an onsite personalisation experience where guests watch their merch (caps, totes, apparel) embroidered in real time at your event, rather than receiving pre-made items.
Whats included in a live embroidery activation?
Machine, operator, consumables, and setup/pack-down are included in the day rate. Travel may apply outside the Perth metro area.
Do you supply the blanks for onsite embroidery, or do we?
Either works. We can supply on-brand blanks from our large range of apparel and promotional products, or personalise items you provide.
Whats the minimum booking for a live embroidery event?
Half-day (up to 6 hours) is our minimum booking through to full day, multiple days
How much does it cost?
Half-day (up to 6 hours) packages start from $1500 + GST with discounts available for multiple event days.
Do you offer live embroidery activations outside Perth?
Yes of course! Interstate and regional bookings across WA and beyond are available, get in touch for a quote.
