Important Information Before Sending A Request

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to qualify for wholesale pricing

Embroidery:

15 items (must use same artwork and size file, but you can mix thread colors). Caps require a digitised logo to suit the curved surface, so MOQ is both 15 units for caps ( headwear ) and 15 units for garments ie jumpers, tshirts, crews

Screen Printing:

15 items (must use same artwork size/screen and ink color across all 15 items ) ie we cant offer 10 x Black Tees with white print / 5 x White Tees with black print even though same logo

For orders less than 15 units, we suggest using our online design studio where you can create your own merch

Artwork Requirements

The screen printing and embroidery industry requires a high res vector file with pantone colours of your design - .eps, .ai or .svg files with all fonts and designs outlined .png and .jpg files are low res image files and cannot be used for print / embroidery

Don’t have your artwork in these formats? No worries! We can vectorise your artwork for you (additional fee applies).

Turnaround Time:

Our standard production time is 3 working weeks or 4 working weeks for custom neck relabelling +plus shipping from final vectorised artwork has been approved (not payment date of invoice )
